Below is a timeline of what to expect from us a month before your retreat, documents we’ll need from you before your arrival onsite, and what you can expect on check-in day at Whispering Winds.

1. You will receive an email from the Guest Service Department* with reminders and due dates for your retreat.
2. Receive documents for Dietary Restrictions, Youth Group Leader Waiver, and Digital Roster.
3. Get your personalized link to monitor your group’s online waiver submissions (adults only).
*Be sure to REPLY ALL in all emails until the day you start camp!

Things that are Due:

1. Youth Group Leader Waiver (If you have guests that are under 18 years of age)

2. Adult Guest Waiver: Personalized link sent via email approximately one month before arrival

3. Dietary Restrictions

4. Digital Roster

5. Insurance Certificate

6. Retreat Schedule

7. Submit your Amenities Request Form

* Make sure to continue monitoring the waiver spreadsheet to make sure your group is submitting them.
* Continue to REPLY ALL in all emails until the day you start camp!

1. Our Welcome Center staff will reach out to you about your Amenities Request Form and Recreation once it is approved.
2. We will need an updated headcount from you if there are any changes.
3. You will receive a “Welcome to Camp” email with reminders, due dates, information about the camp store, and game room policies.
4. Please let us know how you will be traveling to camp (i.e., Buses, cars, etc.)
5. If you need a special room for a priest/clergy, please let us know so we can do our best to accommodate.

1. Stop by our Welcome Center first when you arrive onsite.
2. You will receive a check-in folder with everything you may need while on site.
3. A member of our staff will get you familiarized with the A/V in your meeting hall.
REMINDER: All adults must have signed the online waiver before arriving onsite.
