Your contract is being prepared and will be sent to you via email. The contract email will contain valuable information, so please review it and return the necessary documents promptly. In the meantime, please take a look at the following  Seven Important Points to make your stay a success:

  1. Traditional Check-in/Check-out times: 3 pm is the earliest any member of your party may arrive including Set-up Teams, if applicable. 12pm is our traditional Check-out time (unless having Lunch on departure day)
  1. Meals: In order to ensure the safety of our guests and to be compliant with Health Department regulations, we must serve meals promptly at times indicated. Groups that are late to meals are subject to fees up to $100/meal and /or denied meal service. 
  1. Cleaning: Please follow the mandatory cleaning procedure presented at Check-in to avoid additional fees. Uncleaned lodging or meeting halls are subject to additional cleaning fees ($75/room/$500/meeting hall; respectively.) Thank you for your cooperation! 
  1. Billing: You will be charged no less than the agreed upon “Guaranteed Minimum Number of Guests” (multiplied by the selected rate) even if fewer guests show or miss meals.
  1. Amenities Request Form: We will honor as many requests as possible if completed by deadline. No Recreation requests will be considered less than 7 days before arrival. Shared Camps only – certain shared areas are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  1. Emergency Evacuation Plan (Required): Take a moment during your retreat planning to create an emergency evacuation plan. This may include: coordinating with your transportation company, campers’ parents/guardian and/or your organization’s staff members that they are able to come to camp at any point during your stay to pick up guests.
         
  2. Extras: We strongly recommend disclosing special requests during the contracting process. Any requests not included in the contract may be accommodated with a fee, as complimentary or denied. Thank you for your understanding!
