We understand the value of providing these amenities for you. It is our pleasure to offer them at no additional cost to your ministry/organization. Sound Equipment

Standard sound equipment located in our meeting venues includes: 2 speakers, 2 microphones and 2 music stands available for your use. Please bring any specialized cables or boxes you may normally use. If you need sound equipment not listed above, please indicate additional needs below. We will do our best to accommodate:

Audio Visual Equipment

Standard A/V equipment located in our meeting venues includes: Either a Projector that can be connected to a laptop via HDMI or VGA cable or a Large Screen TV system that can connect to a laptop via HDMI cable.

Many Apple/MAC laptops need special adapters or Apple TV to connect to a projector or TV, please bring any adapters that you may need for your laptop.

Mass Elements

Please designate a Sacristan for your retreat. They will check the Mass Kit out from the Camp Director and be responsible for setting up for your Mass. The Mass Kit contains all elements needed to celebrate Mass, including unconsecrated hosts and wine.

Challenge Course and Pool Use

Please note: Whispering Winds reserves the right to limit the use of the swimming pool and challenge course based on weather and group dynamics. Our challenge course staff are Level 1 Certified Challenge Course Practitioners. Minimum number of guests to operate the challenge course is 10. (If sharing the camp, please select a 2-hour block or less to allow other groups access to shared spaces.)

Low Elements Challenge Course
Campers will be placed into groups of 10—20 people for these activities. Dedicate at least two hours for this program. Your retreat group will rotate through these activities simultaneously. Our Camp Director will contact you to develop a program catered toward your teambuilding goals.
