Being on our team means being in the outdoors for much of the day and living in rustic conditions. Summer staff live and work in close contact to trees and dirt, live closely with staff and campers in camp style quarters, share community bathrooms and may be required to clean lodge rooms, mop floors, wash dishes, complete minor maintenance tasks, facilitate our challenge course (zip line, climbing wall, low elements), be a shallow water swimming pool lifeguard, lead hikes, work in the camp store, assist guests and perform other duties as assigned.
